Candidate terms
Terms & Conditions
Last updated 17 October 2026
These terms apply when you complete the Apravas Candidate Screening Questionnaire for Female Home Care Nurses (Sharjah, UAE) and when you deal with Apravas about this recruitment. Please read them before you share your details.
About Apravas
Apravas Visa Consulting runs this screening under the name Apravas Global Recruitment (“Apravas”, “we”, “us”). Our licence number is B-3415/DEL/PART/100/5/11421/2026.
What this questionnaire is
The questionnaire helps us check whether your qualifications, experience, licensing status and availability suit home care nursing roles in Sharjah. Completing it is not an application for a visa, a licence or a job, and it does not create an employment contract.
Who can apply
- You are a female nurse aged 18 or over.
- You hold a B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification and are registered with a State Nursing Council.
- You hold a passport that is valid for travel.
- You can communicate in English.
Information you provide
You must give true, complete and accurate information. You confirm this in the declaration at the end of the form. A false statement or a missing detail can lead to disqualification at any stage, including after selection. Where false or forged documents are found, we may inform the relevant authorities.
Documents and verification
We may ask for your CV, passport, nursing degree or diploma, council registration, experience letters and any MOHAP, DHA or DOH credentials. Selection may depend on checks with your nursing council, DataFlow primary source verification and the UAE licensing authorities. Those bodies make their own decisions and set their own timelines and fees. Apravas cannot control their outcome or promise it.
No guarantee of selection
Submitting your details does not guarantee a shortlist, an interview, a licence, a visa, an offer or a placement. Employers in the UAE make the final hiring decision, and the UAE authorities decide on licences and visas.
Travel, visa and employment
If you are selected, travel may begin on a visit visa and then change to a UAE employment visa, as described in the questionnaire. The employer’s written offer sets the terms of work, including salary, duty hours, shift pattern and how travel expenses are reimbursed. Read the offer before you accept it.
Fees and charges
If we ask you to pay any fee, we will tell you in writing before you pay, and the fee will follow applicable Indian emigration law. Do not pay money to anyone who says they can speed up your selection, licence or visa.
Staying safe
We contact candidates only through homecare@apravas.in and the phone numbers shown on this page. Do not share your passport copy or personal details with anyone you cannot confirm is from Apravas.
How your application is stored
When you finish this form, your answers are saved securely on the Apravas recruitment desk so our Chandigarh team can open your file. We may also send confirmation by email or WhatsApp when those channels are turned on.
Use of this page
Do not copy, resell or misuse this page, its content, or the Apravas name and logo. We may change or withdraw the page at any time.
Limits of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, Apravas is not liable for delays or refusals by licensing bodies, verification agencies, embassies, immigration authorities or employers, or for loss that results from wrong or incomplete information or documents you provided.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in force when you send your details applies to that submission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any right you have by law to use another forum.
